The Story So Far...
My name is Zoë, I've been in the sports, leisure & fitness industry since 2007. From school I left to attend college & studied Sports Coaching, then from that I found an interest in Sports Massage and finally ended my studies at college with Gym Instructing.
From then I gained a full time job at Kenwick Health & Leisure Club in 2011 where I met so many wonderful people & gained much needed experience & many more qualifications, these included Personal Training, Swim Coaching, classes such as Aqua, Spinning, Bootcamps & much more.
In 2014 an opportunity came up at East Lindsey District Council in the Sports Development Team now known as Magna Vitae where I gained even more knowledge such as Pilates, Hula Hooping, Management, Children's Entertainment and the list goes on. This job I was able to work with babies from weeks old right up to the age of 98! & travelling around the East Lindsey District setting up fitness classes in the community, it was such a heart warming job.
However, the life long dream was to always start my own company & in April 2019 I finally did just that! Whilst still currently working full time for North East Lincolnshire Council, I now teach classes including Pilates and Project Z in Louth, Lincolnshire. Not just these fitness classes I also run children's disco parties, outdoor sessions and exercise online programmes.
Never did I ever think I would be in this position 2 years on (despite a little COVID break) I have 5 sold out classes most weeks & there potentially could be more in the future & maybe my own studio as well!
What We Offer
Pilates is suitable for anyone with any levels of fitness as the session can be adapted to suit your needs. Zoe uses a range of different equipment so this covers numerous models of Pilates not just one type.
Some often wonder if Yoga & Pilates are the same, whilst the methods are different both classes do develop strength, balance, flexibility, posture & good breathing techniques. Pilates can be more of a faster pace workout that is often called Fitness Pilates & have more flowing movements whereas Yoga has static poses.
You can also be any age to start Pilates, it once was seen to be a class for the more mature adult to correct bad posture however we now know many young professional athletes take part regularly even the England football team!
Project Z is a new class for 2026 which incorporates strength & cardio fitness using a Kettlebell weight with some awesome music to keep you motivated throughout. Suitable for all levels wanting to add weight training into their schedules.
